1 Definitions & Introduction

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

bet44 supports secure financial transactions through digital payment methods available in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal amounts will not be processed until account verification is complete.

bet44 uses the Bangladeshi Taka (৳) as its currency. All transactions, balances, and bonus amounts are displayed in Taka.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

After registering with bet44, a 150% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳13,000.

• The wagering requirement to withdraw a bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; once expired, the bonus is cancelled.
• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be communicated separately at the time the bonus is issued.
• bet44 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Only one account per household or IP address is eligible to receive the welcome bonus.

The VIP program has three tiers — Bronze (maximum weekly cashback 0.3%), Silver (maximum 0.7%), and Gold (maximum 1.0%). Regular play allows you to advance to higher tiers.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the bet44 platform — cricket betting, slots, live casino — are operated fairly and transparently. Each game provider's own rules apply.

• No interference in determining game outcomes is possible. All results are determined automatically.
• If a game is left incomplete due to network issues, bet44 will resolve it in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Odds in betting markets may change based on live match conditions.
• bet44 reserves the right to reclaim any amount incorrectly won due to a technical error.
• bet44's interpretation of gaming decisions shall be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet44 platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, use of software, or bots.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean funds from illegal sources.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of other users' accounts.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or providing gaming access to minors.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the bet44 system for personal gain.
• Rude or threatening behavior toward other users on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bet44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.

• Participation in prohibited activities.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining valid balance will be returned before the account is closed.
